Responsibilities
Reviewing service data in the Dispatch & Scheduling system, paying particular attention to status codes and performance times
Identifying questionable or incorrect data and working with the operations staff to make corrections as appropriate
Working collaboratively with the Information Technologies team to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets
Demonstrates ability to work independently
Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
