Required

Graphic Designer II - four years of work-related experience or Bachelor's degree and one year of work-related experience
High level of creativity and innovation
Strong awareness of industry needs
Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work on Mac platforms
Competency in use of Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat)
Exhibits knowledge, understanding and basic skills in print design and typography
Competency in use of graphics software on personal computers
Competency in electronic publishing and computer illustration/photo manipulation
Competency in typography, color use, and principles of design

Preferred

Bachelor's
Two years of experience in a related field
Experience in an athletics setting
Understanding of football recruiting
Working knowledge in motion graphics
