Responsibilities
Financial Tracking Dashboard Management : Maintain and update dashboards tracking actuals vs. budget, burn-down trends, and discrepancies
PO-to-Pay Cycle Ownership : Initiate, process, and track purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite); monitor funding, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure timely invoice approvals and payments
Finance Operations Point-of-Contact : Liaise with S2P, FP&A, vendor management, leadership, and external vendors/PMs to ensure fluid, accurate communication
Month-End Close & Ad-Hoc Analysis : Prepare PO status summaries, identify unbilled accruals, surface cost variances, and build compliance documentation
Documentation & Organization : Maintain organized financial records and process documentation; support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
Qualification
Required
4+ years in finance, accounting, or administrative roles focused on transactional processing
Advanced proficiency in financial management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
Strong grasp of accounting principles (AP/AR, general ledger) and PO-to-Pay workflows
Experience handling large datasets and working in ambiguous environments
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders
Sense of urgency and customer service orientation
Preferred
Experience in fast-paced corporate or technology environments
Prior contingent worker or contractor experience
Familiarity with Anaplan, AppSheet, Oracle, Airtable
Background in procurement & finance operations for a specific line of business
Understanding of supply chain processes, especially CapEx for site builds and hardware purchasing
Demonstrated integrity and ability to learn from past failures
Experience supporting finance organizations or working within finance departments
Knowledge of supply chain and large-scale procurement
