Responsibilities
Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple executives, ensuring priorities and deadlines are aligned
Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and off-site events
Complete expense and budget management duties, including all expense management for executive team members
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership (experience with multiple executives preferred)
Ability to quickly understand and adapt to executive preferences and proactively problem-solve when any issues arise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and global teams
Outstanding time-management and people skills and an ability to independently organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools (Slack/Zoom/Teams), business systems (Monday/Sage/Ramp), and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher in business administration or other related field
