Confidently explain product value, pricing, and process details—no shortcuts
Know how to create urgency without pressure by clearly articulating why waiting or shopping around costs more
Guide homeowners away from multiple quotes by positioning yourself as the expert—not just another option
Follow up relentlessly and professionally—details matter in this sale
Own the process from first appointment to contract entry in CRM
Qualification
Required
Strong in-home sales experience or proven consultative selling ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel throughout the Chicagoland area
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
