Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank, broker, and credit card reconciliations
Handle bill paying and file maintenance services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain records of all bill payments and build relationships with recurring vendors
Complete accurate and timely household employee payroll and manage scheduling
Collect K-1s from investments and interface with contacts for financial reporting
Run Family Office-related errands and assist with special projects
Assist with household staff as it relates to human resources issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's level degree
General office experience, including bookkeeping and reconciliation projects
Preferred
Two years of related experience preferred
Experience with general ledger software (SEI Archway is a plus)
Knowledge of Addepar is a plus
