Responsibilities
Act as the lead Superintendent during modular installation and structural phases
Prepare sites ahead of module delivery (foundations, access, utilities, logistics)
Oversee heavy crane lifts, module setting, and structural connections
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, deliveries, and on-site teams
Drive safety, quality, and schedule through to punch list and turnover
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Senior Foreman
Background in modular, multifamily, commercial, or structural construction
Comfortable managing crane lifts and critical install phases
Strong site leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Open to travel across New England
Preferred
Modular experience is preferred but not required – strong site leaders will be trained
