Lake Trust Credit Union is dedicated to supporting its members and community. The Indirect Loan Specialist I is responsible for processing indirect consumer loans, maintaining relationships with dealers, and ensuring accurate loan data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

Process indirect consumer loans and open memberships
Build and maintain positive relationships with Indirect dealers and internal team members
Communicate via telephone, fax-internet with all origination channels
Contact dealers regarding missing information including income, taxes, social security errors, red flags and collateral
Review income and consult with higher level staff
Answer calls and general questions from dealers, Dealer Relationship Officers, and branches regarding funding contracts

Required

High School Diploma/GED is required
One to two (1-2) years of general work experience required
Exceptional strategy and project management skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks—from start to finish—in a fast-paced environment by having impeccable organization skills, advanced acumen and high-level attention for detail
Must be a tech savvy individual who has a high degree of adaptability to adjust quickly to change and priorities
