Start in 2026 SummerStantec is on a mission to become the world’s leading integrated design practice, seeking an Interior Design Intern to assist their Interior Designers on project work. The role involves collaborating with the architectural team and supporting various aspects of interior design, including space planning and material selection.

Responsibilities
File product samples and literature
Coordinate and attend luncheon product presentations
Compose new product displays
Contact and coordinate to obtain updated product information with manufacturers
Assist in project filing and archiving
Prepare transmittals and packages
Incorporate mark-ups/red lines on documents for Interior Designers and Architects
Prepare presentation and finish boards
Order architecture/interior samples
Qualification
Required
Good understanding of Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe CS Applications & Revit
Must be organized, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Current college student or recent college graduate majoring in Interior Design with minimum experience is preferred
