Responsibilities
Administering comprehensive security programs, including personnel security and compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICDs
Maintaining a fully compliant security program to meet DCSA inspection standards
Managing security activities across multiple programs and ensuring adherence to government regulations
Conducting self-inspections and preparing for government security audits
Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain compliance with classified systems
Safeguarding classified information and ensuring adherence to security procedures
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge and experience in managing security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
Completion of the FSO Management Course (mandatory)
Experience with DCSA inspections and maintaining a compliant security program
Strong understanding of personnel security processes, including clearance processing, onboarding, and reinvestigations
Proven ability to conduct self-inspections and prepare for government audits
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working with various government agencies and programs, including familiarity with NGA security protocols
Ability to safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with secure handling, storage, and transmission procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementing security policies and procedures
Preferred
Broad experience managing security programs in compliance with government regulations
Completion of the FSO management course
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICDs, and personnel security processes
