Responsibilities
Work as part of a production team to efficiently produce quality products while meeting required quantities and production standards
Load washers, verify parts, and accurately assemble components by reading diagrams and following written instructions
Use basic computer systems (Shop Floor Display), understand flex flow and day/rank systems, and communicate issues related to parts, equipment, or supplies
Maintain a safe, clean work environment, support teamwork across areas, work overtime as needed, and perform other assigned duties
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent required
6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions
Preferred
motor manufacturing experience
