Installation Project Manager

Thrive 365 Labs is dedicated to transforming patient care through precise data for early detection and prevention. The Installation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of system installations for Physician-Owned Laboratories, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of lab testing and system installation projects, from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and implementation timelines
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including operations, sales, compliance, vendors, and laboratory stakeholders
Serve as the primary liaison between Thrive 365 Labs and Physician-Owned Lab clients during implementation
Ensure all deliverables meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop mitigation strategies
Track project progress, document milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients
Ensure installations align with applicable regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements
Manage change requests and scope adjustments while maintaining project objectives
Support continuous improvement of installation and project management processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, laboratory, or technical implementations
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
Proficiency with project management tools and documentation

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with laboratory systems, diagnostic testing implementations, or healthcare technology projects
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in clinical or laboratory environments
