They are seeking a highly motivated Tech Sourcer / Technical Recruiter to join their Tech Recruiting team and support hiring across technical functions, playing a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research and talent mapping to build high-quality pipelines for high-volume technical roles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and diversity hiring goals
Partner with hiring managers to calibrate and refine candidate profiles
Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective candidates
Maintain a high hiring bar through screening, assessments, and reference checks
Provide ongoing market and industry insights to stakeholders
Build and maintain long-term talent networks across technical and non-technical functions
Lead weekly hiring updates using data and pipeline metrics
Conduct onsite interviews and participate in debrief and hiring decisions
Support offer creation and negotiation with strong understanding of compensation and benefits
Manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities effectively
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in a professional business environment
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably software engineering roles across multiple levels
Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Highly organized, with excellent prioritization and time management abilities
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
High level of professional maturity and sound business judgment
Demonstrated ownership mindset, initiative, and resourcefulness
Ability to develop strategic sourcing plans and execute within tight timelines
Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
