They are currently seeking a motivated CAD Technician to join their Land Surveying department in Raleigh, where the individual will assist in various surveying tasks, including boundary and topographic surveys, while also working closely with survey field crews.

Responsibilities
Process conventional field notes and digitally collected data, analyze field data, and interact with survey field crews
Use survey data for the creation of survey plats, Sketches, and exhibits including surveys for builder services (vacant, form board, foundation, and final surveys)
Assist the survey manager with all aspects field crew preparation
Process field collection files and database maintenance
Prepare digital terrain models and contouring
Deed, plat & document research, title & easement review
Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations
Inventory of field survey supplies
Prepare ALTA/NSPS, as-built, boundary, topographic, survey deliverables
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school or technical school training with courses in computer-aided drafting or equivalent experience
Civil 3D
Survey CAD experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite & Google Earth
Preferred
Trimble Business Center experience preferred
