Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management for assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing in coordination with Superintendents and stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and evaluate project teams to ensure high performance and professional growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary point of contact throughout project lifecycle
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and pay applications
Oversee and approve subcontractor/vendor contracts, invoices, and change orders
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality control, and documentation standards
Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and presentations for clients and internal leadership
Identify and mitigate project risks; recommend process and cost improvements
Support business development by maintaining community and industry relationships
Oversee project closeout, warranty resolution, and turnover documentation
Participate in training, ensure safety compliance, and uphold company values

Required

Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, building design, or site development
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (strongly preferred)
OSHA certification preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or large-scale developments (healthcare, education, or institutional) preferred
Knowledge of ACHA and healthcare design standards preferred
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are preferred
