Production Support Lead - Salesforce (Onsite)
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Production Support Lead for Salesforce to manage Level 2 and Level 3 support for multiple Salesforce instances. The role involves ensuring timely resolution of production support tickets and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain system stability and performance.

Responsibilities
Manage and resolve L2/L3 production support tickets for Salesforce instances within SLA timelines
Perform production checkouts and ensure smooth system operations
Provide on-call and weekend support as part of a 24x7 support model
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Qualification
Required
8 + years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Sales Cloud
Prior experience with Salesforce integrations
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
Ability to create reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
