Responsibilities
Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of fiber laser marking machinery at customer sites in accordance with specifications and safety standards
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all mechanical and electrical devices promptly
Experienced in the installation of any kinds of fiber laser machinery
Diagnose technical faults and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues
Coordinate with the office to ensure the availability and timely replacement of necessary spare parts
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Performing routine preventative maintenance, cleaning equipment, and monitoring system level
Prepare and submit service reports to the service manager in a timely manner
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service activities
Available for service support 24/7
Qualification
Required
