Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–3 system and end-user support
Respond to break/fix requests for end-user and server resources
Configure, deploy, and maintain Linux (RedHat) and Windows servers
Configure and deploy desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, inventory, and change logs
Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions
Perform daily backups, recovery operations, and archival processes
Apply OS patches, upgrades, and security updates
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support cybersecurity initiatives including threat monitoring and mitigation
Support GIS or Asset Management system infrastructure as required
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience
Provide Tier 1–3 system and end-user support
