The role involves managing large scale data migration projects from legacy mainframe systems to the Azure cloud, while building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
This PM position will be managing this large scale data migration/conversion from Mainframe to Azure
As part of this initiative, they are migrating all data from legacy mainframe systems to the Azure cloud
Able to build relationships with people of various backgrounds (technical and business people)
Qualification
Required
PMP Certification required
Minimum of 10 years of IT PM experience, 3 or more years experience managing large scale data migration projects
Experience with large scale data migration/conversion projects is required
Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects
No experience with Mainframe projects is required
Must able to talk in both business and technical terms
Preferred
Experience managing projects migrating/converting to Azure is highly preferred but, not required
Experience in the Financial Services industry would be a plus but, not required
