Responsibilities
Leading the end‑to‑end implementation of Business Central across several portfolio companies
Working closely with finance teams to understand processes and translate them into clean, scalable BC configurations
Supporting integrations, data migration, and user training
Helping standardise processes across the group without losing sight of each company’s unique needs
Acting as a trusted internal advisor on BC functionality and roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience implementing or consulting on Business Central (preferably in multi-entity environments)
Comfortable working directly with finance stakeholders—from transactional teams to CFOs
Someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and getting close to the operational side of a business
Confidence working independently without needing layers of sign-off
Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on style
