Responsibilities
Actively prospect to find, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities
Build relationships with senior executives and C-Suite leaders, presenting tailored AV solutions
Conduct on-site assessments to uncover needs and deliver customized value propositions
Collaborate with Ford AV’s expert engineers, estimators, and support teams to craft winning proposals
Manage your accounts as the single point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term partnerships
Exceed sales goals, ensuring your success aligns with our high-performance team culture
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology Sales, B2B Sales, New Business Development, or Territory Sales
Proven B2B sales experience, especially in technical or capital equipment sales
A strong track record of selling to C-Suite and senior decision-makers
The ability to generate and close new business opportunities within 90 days
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Confidence in a performance-based sales environment with uncapped earning potential
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
A passion for learning and growth in a technology-focused industry
