Responsibilities
Help senior design engineer on product applications and assemble project teams
Work under senior design engineer to ensure drawings are completed with high accuracy
Assist in organizing highly complex activities for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering projects
Help to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods
Create machine shipping and installation instruction, manuals, and drawings
Check and ensure machines go through proper quality control process in shipping
Assist production with engineering drawings and ensure quality is maintained during manufacturing process
Interface with customers at times if needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience must include a minimum of 6 months of experience with computer-aided design software including SolidWorks and AutoCAD
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft products like Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
Ability for travel as needed
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and adapt to dynamic and exciting work environment
Experience in reading, analyzing, and documenting technical details of machines and products
Design Engineer: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team environment with geographically dispersed team members
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience testing for and performing independent evaluations of design and processes
