Responsibilities
Configure, administer, automate, and enhance enterprise systems
Lead or support implementations of new technologies aligned with business goals
Translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements using Agile methodology
Collaborate closely with developers to deliver high‑quality solutions
Plan and support testing efforts, including execution and defect tracking
Create and maintain system documentation, specifications, and process flows
Diagnose system issues and provide thoughtful, customer‑focused solutions
Manage vendor relationships for supported systems
Provide Tier 2 support for assigned applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related business field; or equivalent work experience
2–5 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or systems analysis
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and requirements gathering
Experience with systems documentation and process modeling
Proficiency with Microsoft products
