Giant Spoon is an agency focused on creating impactful content, and they are seeking a Content Production Intern for the summer. This role will support the Content Production team by assisting with various projects, including research, scheduling, budget tracking, and administrative tasks related to production.

Responsibilities

Support the completion of team projects by assisting the lead Producer(s) on tasks such as:
Researching, sourcing, and securing vendors, production partners, etc
Aid in the creation of production schedules and project trackers
Help maintain budget detail and track receipts
Contributing to decks for Creative and Client reviews, and Production Planning
Provide administrative support to the Content Production team, including but not limited to:
Help coordinating vendor agreements and contracts
Creating POs, tracking and processing vendor payments
Organizing vendor screenings and talks for the agency
Organizing and maintaining project drives (both on the shared server and external-physical drives)
Maintaining master lists/trackers (production partners, usage, etc.)
Support teams on job reconciliations at the close of projects

Qualification

Content creationProject managementGoogle SuiteFile managementInterpersonal skills

Required

Pursuing a career in marketing, advertising, media, or related field
Inherent desire to learn more about production and film execution
Experience in film or content creation is a plus (this can be classwork, internships, volunteer work or jobs)
Strong organization, interpersonal and project management skills
Experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets)

Preferred

Experience with file management and project management platforms preferred
