Responsibilities
Own and ship full-stack features with a backend-leaning focus
Lead and evolve a production platform that supports high-scale fan campaigns and integrations
Work closely with leadership as a thought partner on roadmap priorities and execution
Help establish engineering best practices and technical direction from the ground up
Support client outcomes by building reliable, fast, and scalable systems
As the team grows, mentor and potentially manage additional engineers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (backend-leaning preferred)
Strong experience shipping as an individual contributor (hands-on builder)
Ownership mindset: self-sufficient, proactive, and accountable for outcomes
Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable partnering with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
Preferred
Interest in (or passion for) the music industry / creator economy is a plus
