Strengthen operations across programs, clinics, properties, and organizational functions
Build and improve systems, workflows, and processes
Coordinate initiatives across leadership teams
Manage assigned facilities, vendors, maintenance planning, and capital projects
Lead major infrastructure projects including outdoor recreation development and clinic renovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7–10 years of experience in operations, facilities, project management, or related leadership roles
Experience overseeing multi-site operations and major projects strongly preferred
Enjoy building systems and improving efficiency
Be comfortable managing complexity across multiple sites
Be proactive in solving problems
Have extensive experience overseeing operations, facilities, and/or large projects
Be a strong communicator and collaborator
Be energized by mission-driven work
