Workforce Planning Development Co-ordinator
NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a committed Workforce Planning Development Co-ordinator to support their HR workforce team. The role involves contributing to the development of workforce plans and assisting with the implementation of new workforce systems.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the continual development of NHS Forth Valley’s Workforce Plan by providing statistical information
Assisting with the implementation of developments within eESS (Electronic Employee Support System) at a local level
Work flexibly across The HR workforce team as the implementation of new systems are introduced
Qualification
Required
Experience in a workforce information environment is essential, preferably gained within an NHS setting
Experience of supervising workflow/making recommendations and prioritising in a fast-paced environment which involves competing demands and timescales and where priorities as constantly changing
Knowledge and previous experience of working with workforce systems
Knowledge of Workforce Planning
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience within the NHS
Sound knowledge and understanding of the NHS
Well developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to staff at a variety of levels of the organisation to overcome barriers to understanding
Excellent IT skills
In-depth working experience of HR information systems and requirements
