Product Solution Specialist, SmartSense (Mishawaka, IN - Hybrid)
SmartSense by Digi is a fast-growing company focused on transforming how organizations utilize the Internet of Things (IOT) for decision-making. They are seeking a Product Support Specialist who will be responsible for assisting customers with SmartSense software and hardware through troubleshooting and education, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Work through customer’s problem, questions, bugs etc. via email and phone to resolution while maintaining SLA’s and KPIs
Learn industry standards and terminology including CDC guidelines and HACCP compliance
Be proficient in tools such as JIRA and NetSuite
Manage customer escalations by leveraging expertise in industry knowledge
Qualification
Required
Customer-centric and detail-oriented
Ability to troubleshoot and educate customers on products
Willingness to learn and excel in utilizing CRM system
Attention to detail, speed, and effective communication skills
Ability to work through customer's problems, questions, bugs via email and phone to resolution while maintaining SLA's and KPIs
Learn industry standards and terminology including CDC guidelines and HACCP compliance
Proficient in tools such as JIRA and NetSuite

Preferred
2+ years of experience working in technical or product support
Previous experience in working with CRM software tools
