Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and property-level reporting
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
Perform daily account analysis and monitor money market investments
Reconcile bank accounts monthly and provide comprehensive reporting to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, and partners
Coordinate and finalize annual budgets in collaboration with leadership
Assist with tax-related responsibilities, including recoveries, 1099s, sales tax, and K-1 distribution
Conduct monthly and quarterly cash analyses, distributions, and investor reporting
Support construction draw preparation and other special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience
Strong commercial and retail real estate accounting experience
Solid financial reporting skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi or similar real estate accounting software is a plus
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving
Preferred
CPA designation is preferred but not required
