13+ years expTruStart IT LLC is seeking a Palantir Architect / Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions for enterprise-scale data platforms. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and data engineers to translate complex business problems into scalable architectures while ensuring best practices in data governance and modeling.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture design for Palantir Foundry implementations
Define Foundry platform architecture, including workspaces, pipelines, ontology, and applications
Design and govern Ontology models aligned with business domains (BFSI, Healthcare, Public Sector, etc.)
Drive data modeling, transformation standards, and best practices in Foundry
Architect SDK-based solutions using Foundry SDK / Ontology SDK
Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS / Azure / GCP infrastructure integration
Define CI/CD, data governance, lineage, security, and access control strategies
Act as a technical advisor to clients and internal teams
Review designs, mentor engineers, and ensure architectural consistency across programs
Participate in solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales discussions when required
Qualification
Required
15+ Years of overall IT experience
3+ years on Palantir Foundry
Strong hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry architecture & design
Expertise in Foundry Ontology (design & governance)
Expertise in Foundry Pipelines & Transforms
Expertise in Foundry SDK / Ontology SDK
Solid understanding of data architecture principles (lakehouse, domain-driven design, data products)
Proficiency in Python / SQL / PySpark
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Government projects
Experience with large-scale, regulated data platforms
Exposure to Foundry Applications, Workshop, Slate, or Contour
Prior experience as Lead Architect / Principal Engineer / Platform Architect
Palantir certifications (if any)
