This role supports day-to-day accounting operations and leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple domestic and international entities.

Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations
Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
Manage global consolidations, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency revaluations
Perform and review reconciliations across multiple accounting systems
Partner with FP&A, HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure accurate data flow
Support automation, system enhancements, and process improvements
Assist with annual audits, tax support, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Accounting or related field
4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including audit
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
Experience with multi-entity environments; international operations a plus
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in entertainment or creative music industries a plus
