Senior Project Manager - (Workday Platform - retail)
BOZ is a strategic partner for businesses looking to strengthen and optimize their IT teams. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Workday implementations, focusing on project management, stakeholder coordination, and agile leadership.
Responsibilities
Act as the central communication point between the technical team, Project Manager, Business Partners, and international stakeholders
Track project and program-level progress, manage timelines, and deliver executive-level status reports
Document processes, workflows, responsibility matrices, operational guides, and communication standards
Align sprint goals, priorities, and feature deliverables with business objectives
Provide full visibility of project progress through metrics and reporting
Help identify and remove impediments affecting delivery
Act as the central communication point between the technical team, PM, Business Partners, and international stakeholders
Track project and program-level progress, manage timelines, and deliver executive-level status reports
Document processes, workflows, responsibility matrices, operational guides, and communication standards
Build dashboards and tracking systems in Azure DevOps or Monday.com to improve visibility and reporting
Promote continuous improvement practices and operational excellence across the project
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, or similar roles
Demonstrated leadership in managing end-to-end Workday implementations, including roadmap development, milestone execution, risk oversight, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations
Experience in retail workday implementation
Proven ability to operate in hybrid environments without a formal Product Owner, working directly with Business Partners and Project Managers
Strong expertise with Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday.com, and Teams
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, PO, BP, Architecture, Infrastructure)
Availability to work from the office
Experience creating documentation such as onboarding guides, responsibility matrices, communication workflows, and metrics dashboards
Experience driving system modernization initiatives, specifically migrating from legacy platforms to Workday, ensuring smooth data integration and adherence to regional, U.S., and corporate compliance standards
