Appear before courts and administrative agencies

Advise clients on risk management and employment law compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience handling wage-and-hour litigation on the defense side
Experience representing employers in employment-related disputes
Experience advising on compliance with California labor laws
Experience managing cases through all stages of litigation
Experience handling matters involving wage and hour claims, meal and rest break violations, misclassification, and related employment issues
Experience drafting motions
Experience engaging in discovery
Experience participating in mediations
Preferred
PAGA experience strongly preferred
Bilingual ability in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
