Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth
Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote the brand
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives
Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
Monitor and evaluate brand performance and make recommendations for improvement
Manage transition of the legacy Honeywell Brand to the new Honeywell Aerospace brand standards

Required

Proven 10 plus years of experience in leadership brand management and marketing
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies

Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Passion for branding and marketing
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to adapt to changing market trends
