Apptio Configuration Consultant
Elios Talent is seeking a hands-on Apptio Configuration Consultant to support the setup, configuration, and optimization of Apptio within an enterprise IT and finance environment. The consultant will configure models, align cost data, and support TBM and IT financial management initiatives while partnering closely with stakeholders to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize Apptio to support IT financial management and TBM use cases
Build and maintain cost models, allocations, and data mappings across IT services and applications
Integrate and validate financial, operational, and usage data from multiple source systems
Partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Apptio configurations
Support reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive transparency into IT spend and value
Troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize existing Apptio environments
Provide guidance and best practices to internal teams using Apptio outputs
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience configuring Apptio (not just high-level TBM advisory)
Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM), TBM, or technology cost transparency initiatives
Solid understanding of cost allocation methodologies, financial modeling, and IT spend structures
Experience working with complex data sets and multiple source systems
Ability to operate independently in a consulting or project-based environment
Professional fluency in French (spoken and written)
Strong English communication skills
Preferred
French language capability is strongly preferred to support regional stakeholders
Availability to align with European business hours preferred
