Responsibilities
Influence: Effectively challenge and influence the business area to mitigate risk when developing well-designed products, practices, and processes
Execution: Maintain a relentless focus on quality and timeliness. Establish and maintain positive relationships with Product Owners, Tech partners, Operations stakeholders, and Risk advisors
Results-Oriented: Operate within Scaled Agile Frameworks, embracing iterative delivery and a bias toward action. You lead work across multiple streams, engaging with stakeholders to drive results
Risk Architecture: Partner with data analysts and technology to improve risk monitoring and reporting. You will track and remediate risks to closure, execute control assessments, and support audit/regulatory response activities
Product Lifecycle Support: Maintain product risk documentation, process flows, and testing artifacts. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services
At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management
At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
At least 3 years of experience working on cross-functional projects and programs
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred
4+ years of Financial Services and Risk Management experience
4+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
3+ years of experience with Root Cause Analysis
1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
Professional certification in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP
Business Process Management (BPM) certification or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Draw.io, Google Slides, and Google Sheets)
