Responsibilities

Maintain and upgrade servers, networks, hardware, and software systems
Assist in the design and development of system enhancements, working closely with the Full Stack Developer to ensure successful implementation
Ensure network security, data integrity, and implement disaster recovery plans
Develop IT policies, manage budgets, and align technology with business goals
Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement including VoIP and AWS
Provide technical assistance and resolve system issues to minimize downtime

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and software applications
Strong project management and communication skills
High school or equivalent (Required)
