Responsibilities
Complete and support month-end close processes, including variance analysis, accruals, and reconciliation of actual results versus forecast and budget
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the loyalty program, credit card products, and partnership initiatives
Prepare and deliver recurring financial reporting and ad hoc analyses for department leadership and senior management
Serve as a primary finance partner to Loyalty & Partnership Operations teams, providing guidance to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day decision-making
Analyze loyalty and partnership performance drivers, leveraging financial, statistical, and operational data to generate insights and recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality, including leveraging new tools and automation where appropriate
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial outputs
Assist with executive-level materials, presentations, and business reviews as needed
Respond to ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt’s core values and actively pursue learning and professional development
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another related business field
Preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Financial ERP / Reporting system knowledge - Hyperion and Oracle preferred
Experience supporting loyalty programs, partnerships, or consumer-facing products preferred
CPA, CFA, or equivalent a plus
