Responsibilities
Greet customers, cultivate professional relationships, and prepare the lobby and closing rooms for arrivals
Receive and review contract orders and files, prepare correspondence, collect missing documents, verify signatures, and coordinate with relevant parties
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing email inboxes, and maintaining accurate personal and shared calendars
Organize and document all customer deliveries or customer document pickups
Perform financial and operational support tasks, such as assisting with the branch's sales budget, reconciling accounts (expense reports, petty cash), and managing office logistics (mail, deposits, inventory, etc.)
Support facilities management, including office opening/closing duties, ensuring the facility is professional in appearance, and coordinating with Facilities Management/Branch Operations
Provide post-closing support, including assisting customers with final title policies and monitoring escrow accounts, and maintaining compliance by adhering to bank policies and participating in required training
Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training, adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity
Other duties and special projects may be assigned
Qualification
Required
2 years of professional business experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
Preferred
Customer service position experience
Associate's degree
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
