Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and transform customer data from multiple sources using SQL and Python
Analyze customer behavior across channels (web, app, contact center, surveys) to identify trends and pain points
Support segmentation and cohort analyses to understand differences in experience by customer group
Run ad hoc analyses and A/B test result evaluations to measure the impact of CX initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into prioritized recommendations
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, numpy; visualization libraries such as matplotlib, seaborn, plotly are a plus)
Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or the ability to create visualizations in Python
Familiarity with key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and basic statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, confidence intervals)
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Preferred
A completed or in progress undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Science or a related discipline preferred
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
