Senior Renewals Specialist

The Senior Renewals Specialist is responsible for managing client renewal contract data, preparing proactive renewal quotes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Responsibilities
Manage and Grow Renewal Business
Oversee a book of business, conduct research, verify renewal data, and generate proactive renewal quotes including upsell opportunities before contract expiration
Collaborate with Stakeholders
Work closely with sales teams, vendor partners, and clients to build relationships, provide accurate pricing guidance, and ensure smooth processing of purchase orders and invoices
Maintain Accurate Data and Forecasts
Reconcile contract information, ensure database accuracy, and provide timely status updates to forecast renewal opportunities using internal and external tools
Qualification
Required
Two-year college degree or 2–3 years of relevant business experience, preferably in customer account services, vendor/client relationships, maintenance support, or contract renewals
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively, and build strong professional relationships
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft applications; strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills; CRM experience is a plus
