Responsibilities
Dispatching and Scheduling Technicians daily schedules (Must have experience in dispatching: Plumbing, Handyman)
Answer incoming calls on multi-line systems
Checking Technicians in/out of jobs
Receive, inspect and manage materials for jobs
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and technicians via phone and emails
Maintain organized records of work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new clients
Relay messages accurately and efficiently
Have good organizational skills
Rotating on call from home
Qualification
Required
Must have dispatching experience
Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling coordination
Experience in Services Fusion or similar dispatching software
Proven experience in Customer Service Representative or a similar role
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism
Receiving and sending emails in a timely manner
Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time
Highly self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Google Maps, and Gmail
Strong attention to detail
Reliable
Have a positive attitude and be highly motivated
Honest and trustworthy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
