Non-QM Account Executive

New American Funding is a company focused on mortgage products, and they are seeking a Non-QM Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with Loan Originators. This role is responsible for promoting Non-QM loan products, driving loan production, and ensuring sales teams are well-educated on these offerings.

Responsibilities

Proactively source Non-QM products to increase Non-QM loan production internally within NAF
Educate Retail Loan Originators Non-QM loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and competitive advantages
Conduct regular sales calls, webinars, and in-person meetings to drive engagement and loan submissions
Stay current on Non-QM industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory updates
Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management on product enhancements or market needs

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, with a focus on Non-QM products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals
Strong understanding of Non-QM loan programs, including bank statement, asset depletion, DSCR, and other alternative documentation products
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with LOS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous Underwriting experience preferred
NMLS license may be required depending on state regulations
