The Judge Group is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage end-to-end email campaign execution across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo. The role involves collaborating with business lines, ensuring email best practices, and delivering high-quality campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring campaign timelines are met and questions are addressed promptly
Own the end‑to‑end email campaign lifecycle in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
Requirements gathering
Email and journey building
QA/testing
Deployment
Serve as backup for Marketo campaigns, including building, testing, and deploying campaigns as needed
Provide guidance on email best practices including deliverability, rendering, design, and compliance
Coordinate across teams using Workfront to manage tasks, workflow, and approvals
Develop and edit HTML/CSS for email templates and components
Utilize tools such as Litmus for QA, rendering checks, and optimization
Build emails using Stensul/Knak or other no‑code solutions
Collaborate with multiple business lines to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting

Required

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder)

Familiarity with no‑code email creation tools such as Stensul or Knak
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, rendering, compliance)
Experience managing projects and workflows through Workfront or similar tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and attention to detail
