Responsibilities
Work Procurement Match Error report on a daily basis to ensure payments are made to core vendors on a timely basis
Analyze sales history data for compliance with special cost arrangements
Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad-hoc) as required
Facilitate, analyze, and manage special costing programs
Create and execute analyses necessary to advance various strategic initiatives, including market sizing, vendor profiling, competitor profiling, customer account analysis, and profitability analysis of goods and services
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience, which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
2+ years of relevant experience in procurement or financial analysis
High level of proficiency and accuracy in computer skills, including MRC-specific software reporting, Data Warehouse, Monarch, and MS Office products, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, as well as internal departments (i.e.: Accounting, CDC/Pricing, Finance, I/S, Traffic, etc.)
Attention to detail, good decision-making skills, and the willingness to exercise them
Self-motivated, strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in the review and entry of data
