Responsibilities
Define, develop, and execute comprehensive content strategies across web, social, and digital marketing campaigns
Ensure all content consistently reflects brand voice, tone, and aligns with overall marketing and business objectives
Partner closely with product marketing, UX, design, and content authoring teams to deliver cohesive, user‑centered experiences across platforms
Track and analyze engagement and performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness
Use data‑driven insights to continuously refine content strategies and improve outcomes
Identify and experiment with emerging trends, including Generative AI tools, to improve content personalization, scalability, and operational efficiency
Maintain and manage editorial calendars to support timely and strategic content delivery
Enforce content standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks
Lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives to promote best practices and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to plan and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and marketing priorities
Strong understanding of keyword research, on‑page optimization, and search behavior trends
Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or similar systems
Proficiency using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure, report, and optimize content performance
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats, including web, social, and email
Ability to conduct audience research and develop personas to deliver targeted, relevant content experiences
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, UX, design, and development teams
Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, and editorial workflows in fast‑paced environments
Ability to stay current with digital trends, AI‑driven content tools, and emerging platforms, and apply them effectively
