Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming client meetings
Manage advisor calendars and coordinate logistics using CRM systems
Maintain accurate client notes, tasks, workflows, and follow-up actions
Prepare client meeting materials and attend meetings as needed
Execute post-meeting action items with accuracy
Maintain ongoing client communication
Professionally answer inbound calls, emails, and texts; complete outbound calls as needed
Manage office operations including greeting clients, mail handling, and scanning
Gather and verify financial documents
Coordinate with Ameriprise corporate office to resolve issues
Support social media posting and client engagement
Assist with planning and executing client events
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or 2–3 years relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and comfort learning new technology systems
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High integrity, confidentiality, and strong work ethic
