Head of Marketing / Go-To-Market Lead (SaaS | Environmental & AEC Tech)
QNOPY Inc. is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own their entire go-to-market motion. The role involves defining positioning, designing marketing assets, engaging with customers, and aligning closely with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities
Define and execute GTM strategy for:
New product features (AI, Scribe, automation, etc.)
Vertical-specific use cases (Environmental, Geotech, AEC)
Create positioning, messaging, and differentiation
Define ICPs, buyer personas, and vertical narratives
Design or oversee creation of:
Sales decks
Product one-pagers
Case studies
Website messaging
Conference collateral
Email campaigns
Explainer visuals
Ensure consistent visual and brand identity across all materials
Talk directly with customers to:
Understand pain points
Validate messaging
Collect success stories and ROI examples
Convert customer conversations into:
Case studies
Testimonials
Product narratives
Design and run:
Targeted email campaigns
LinkedIn outreach strategy
Event follow-ups
Account-based marketing motions
Work tightly with the Enterprise Sales AE on campaigns and accounts
Translate product capabilities into:
Business value
ROI stories
Operational transformation narratives
Own feature launch communications and adoption playbooks
Build marketing that directly supports:
Pipeline generation
Enterprise deal velocity
Expansion and upsell conversations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
Experience owning go-to-market for a product or vertical
Strong product marketing background
Comfortable being hands-on: Writing
Comfortable being hands-on: Designing
Comfortable being hands-on: Talking to customers
Comfortable being hands-on: Running campaigns
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in: Environmental consulting
