Responsibilities
Lead the rollout and daily management of a TEM platform
Manage all telecom services end-to-end (ordering → provisioning → validation → disconnect)
Keep a clean, accurate inventory of circuits, bandwidth, and hardware
Review all telecom invoices, catch billing errors, and drive credits
Coordinate with major carriers and internal teams
Build dashboards and reports showing spend, usage, and opportunities to optimize
Qualification
Required
7+ years in telecom engineering or telecom operations
3–5 years in TEM, network procurement, or IT asset management
Experience with TEM tools (Brightfin, Calero, Tangoe, etc.)
Strong understanding of circuit provisioning + telecom billing
Excellent Excel skills and comfort analyzing costs
Strong communicator who can push vendors and streamline processes
Drug Screen & background Check: Required
Preferred
Experience integrating TEM with ServiceNow or financial systems
Understanding of fiber, LTE, broadband, SD‑WAN
Experience supporting field or construction environments
