Vice President Marketing
Confidential Jobs is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead their lead generation and demand engine. This role is responsible for building a predictable pipeline, accelerating revenue growth, and aligning closely with sales while overseeing all marketing functions with a focus on digital marketing and content strategies.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end lead generation strategy across digital, content, events, ABM, and partner channels
Build and optimize full-funnel programs that drive MQLs, SQLs, and revenue-attributed pipeline
Develop scalable nurture programs tailored by persona, buying stage, and use case
Continuously test, iterate, and improve conversion rates across channels
Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for lead volume, quality, CAC, velocity, and ROI
Manage marketing attribution and pipeline reporting in partnership with Sales Ops
Use data to guide prioritization, budget allocation, and optimization decisions
Forecast pipeline contribution and marketing impact on revenue
Partner closely with Sales leadership to define ICPs, personas, and lead qualification criteria
Ensure tight alignment between marketing campaigns and sales motions
Equip sales with messaging, content, and insights that support conversion and deal acceleration
Participate in pipeline reviews and revenue planning
Guide positioning and messaging that resonates with buyer pain points and decision drivers
Oversee creation of high-performing content (landing pages, emails, case studies, webinars, demos)
Ensure consistent, compelling value propositions across all lead-gen touchpoints
Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team
Own the marketing budget with a clear focus on ROI and growth efficiency
Evaluate and implement marketing technology to support scale and automation
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years of B2B marketing experience (level adjusted for Director vs. VP)
Proven track record of driving measurable lead generation and pipeline growth
Deep experience with demand gen, digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms
Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning numbers and revenue outcomes
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales and executive leadership
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, medtech, or complex B2B buying environments
Familiarity with ABM, lifecycle marketing, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Experience scaling marketing in a growth-stage organization
